The following is my second RTF project. The instructions for it are as follows:

Adopt the underlying visual rules in Picasso's "Guernica" and adhere to them in another series of 12-15 black and white photographs that tell a story with a beginning, middle and end. There is no limitation as to the subject matter or genre of the story. Grading will be based on originality, clarity and realization of visual and narrative structure.

We are asking you to control five of the visual components as follows:

• COLOR: There should be an absence of color. Your photographs should be black and white.
• TONE: There should be significant contrast of tone within the shot in all your photographs.
• SHAPE: You should emphasize triangles and minimize circles and squares as much as possible.
• LINE: Emphasize diagonals and minimize horizontal and vertical lines as much as possible.
• SPACE: You should use flat space throughout.
